Deposit of 20% is due upon booking and remaining balance will be charged to card on file upon job completion. Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling is free at no extra cost if done 24 hours before the job and is highly recommended over cancelling. Any same day reschedules will incur a $25 rescheduling fee. While it is always our goal to exceed customer expectations, in rare instances cleaning oversights may occur. Any deficiencies in service provided will be rectified exclusively by re cleaning at the customers convenience and companies expense, within one week of initial service date. Upon paying deposit or balance in full you the customer agree to the above terms and conditions. Pricing subject to change for any additional bedrooms, bathrooms, office, square footage or if home is in worse condition than portrayed on initial call.
